Admins can't read every message. With reports, members reply to a problem message with /report or @admin, and Marina quietly tags every admin with buttons to deal with it in one tap.
What admins see#
The report names who was reported, with their id, and offers Delete, Kick and Ban buttons. Each button needs the matching right, for the admin who taps it and for Marina.
Commands#
Everyone
/report [reason]
Reply to a message to report it. Without a reply, it calls the admins.
@admin
Anywhere in a message, the same as /report. Also
@admins.Admins
/reports <on/off>
Allow or block reports. Send it alone to see the setting.

Good to know#
- Reports are on by default. Changing the setting needs Change group info.
- Marina ignores reports from admins and about admins, and she doesn't message admins privately.
- While reports are off, /report and
@adminget no answer.
