Announcements

4 commandsMessagesOpen in Telegram

Announcements look better coming from the group's bot than from someone's personal account. /say posts your message as Marina and removes your command; /editmsg changes it later, in place, so a pinned announcement stays pinned.

Commands#

Admins

/say <text>
Posts the text as Marina. Also /echo, /send.
/say
As a reply: reposts that message as Marina's own.
/say <text>
As a reply with text: Marina's answer to that message.
/editmsg <new text>
Reply to a /say or /permapin post to replace its text and buttons. Also /edit.

Examples#

/say *Voice chat tonight at 8!* [Join](buttonurl://t.me/example)
An announcement with a button.
/editmsg *Voice chat moved to 9pm* [Join](buttonurl://t.me/example)
Fix it in place.

Good to know#

  • Formatting, buttons, fillings, random versions, {protect} and {nonotif} all work.
  • Send /say as the caption of a photo, video or file to post that media.
  • Every post and edit goes to the log channel with the admin behind it.
