Handy commands that don't belong anywhere else, plus two advanced settings for experienced admins.
Silent actions#
Locks, blocklists and antiflood can punish quietly (sban, smute, skick, swarn) so the chat doesn't fill with notices. Turn it on with /silentactions on; it needs a log channel, so admins still see what happens.
Bot to Bot#
Other bots normally can't use Marina's commands. /bot2bot admin lets admin bots do so (handy for automation); all lets any bot. A bot's admin commands wait for a human to tap Approve, unless you turn on /bot2botskipreview.

Reply to media to get its file id. Also /stickerid, /gifid.

Marina's response time and uptime.

A random line about running away.

This group's limits and usage.

Admins
/silentactions <on/off>
Let locks, blocklists and antiflood use silent actions.
/bot2bot <off/admin/all>
Which bots may use Marina's commands. Off by default. Also /bottobot.
/bot2botskipreview <on/off>
Run bots' admin commands without a human review.
