Busy groups fill up with /rules, /warn and /id. Marina can delete command messages once she's handled them, and remove her own replies after a while.
Commands#
/cleancommand takes the types to delete: all, admin (moderation and settings), user (commands anyone can use) and other (commands she doesn't know, including other bots').
Marina's messages#
/cleanmsg deletes her own messages after five minutes, or whatever /cleanmsgtime says. Pick the kinds: action (punishment notices), filter, note, automated (antiflood, blocklist and lock notices) and user (answers to member commands).

Good to know#
- Deleting commands needs Delete messages. Her own messages she can always delete.
- CAPTCHAs, reports, confirmations, pinned posts, recurring posts and error messages are never cleaned.
- Pending deletes survive restarts.
