Levels on or off here. Off by default.
/levelup <on/off>
Announce new levels. On by default.
Good to know#
- A message earns 15 to 25 XP, at most once a minute per person, so flooding earns nothing.
- Each level takes a little more XP than the last.
- Commands, edits, bots and service notices don't count.
